The apartments are in the new, modern equiped building in the center of Budva, across the hotel »Slovenska plaza« and »The Fair« ( 300 m far from the coast or 150 m far from the petrol stations or 200 m far from the bus station).
The structure and contents of the apartments
All apartments have a separated parts which contain: air conditioner, TV with 46 channels, basic kitchen elements (refrigerator, electric range, dishes), dinning room, bathroom, balcony….All apartments have big beds and sofa (that can be pulled out and used as a bad) and an auxiliary beds. Double-bedded and three-bedded rooms are “studios” or mini-apartments, but there are big apartments too with four or five beds located in two separate rooms (double-bedded and three-bedded rooms are united in one big apartment), with two balconies…., two TV, two kitchens…

Favorableness of “Adriatic lux”
The apartments are located in very atractive and quiet part of Budva. There are garages for guest's cars in the basement (every apartment has one parking place reserved). There is no water lack problems because Adiatic lux has its own water tanks. Apartments are cleaned every day (what include cleaning of the apartment, changing of soaps, towels and toilet paper). Chacking in apartments concider entry after 12 o'clock (first day) and chacking out consider leave till 9 o'clock (last day). If guest want to use as much as possible first or last day (if he comes earlier or leave later), there is a possibility of keeping baggage. Guests shift is every 7 days (on Saturday) by the terms specified in the table below, what gives opportunity to guests to rent apartments on 7, 14 or 21 days.
The prices are given in euros and considers rental fees per one day for each apartment. Payment module-guest have to pay 30% when he reserves the apartment and rest (70% of price) guest pays on arrival at “Adriatic lux”. The residence fee is not included in these prices above.
